What we collect
When you submit the Request Access form, we collect your name, email, company, team size, and the plan you're interested in. When you book an early-access slot, we collect your name, email, company, and payment confirmation (handled by our payment processor — we never see or store your card details).
What we don't collect from the tool itself
VereChek's local testbench generation runs entirely on your machine and never sends your RTL anywhere. If you use an AI-powered feature, your RTL is sent to our relay for that session only, after a one-time consent notice — it is not stored, retained, or used to train any model. See the FAQ in the Documentation section for details.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your request, process your payment, send you confirmation and setup emails, and — if you agree to be contacted — follow up about access or billing. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We use third-party services to run the site: a database host to store form submissions, a payment processor to handle transactions, and an email service to send confirmations and notifications. Each only receives what it needs to do its job — for example, our payment processor sees your payment details directly and we never receive your card number.
Data retention and deletion
We keep request and booking records for as long as needed to operate the service and honor commitments (like the early-access credit toward your first month). If you'd like your data deleted, email us and we'll remove it unless we're required to keep it (for example, payment records for tax purposes).
